Privacy Policy
Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. You have the right to know the terms and conditions regarding the use of your personal information on our website.
When you place an order, we will ask for your name, email address, phone number and billing/shipping address. This information is only for the billing and shipping process.
We require the correct billing address to be entered in the "billing address" field on the checkout page. This is for address verification purposes only. We cannot process a transaction that does match the credit card holder's address.
An order confirmation will be automatically emailed to you once the order is complete. We do not email any other materials not regarding your order. If you do not see the order confirmation email, please check your bulk/spam bin as sometimes the email may be filtered by email providers.
Your personal information is never sold, rented or released to any third party that is not involved in the transaction and delivery process. We do NOT send flyers, promotional offers or newsletters to your mailing address or to your e-mail address. Your credit card is billed by "Legend Sales" for your privacy.

Your credit card is processed immediately, we do not store credit card numbers. You will know immediately if your transaction was declined or approved. After processing, you will be shown a transaction receipt, please print or save the receipt for your records.

Shipping
Orders normally ship the next business day after being placed.
Please note that overnight and 3-day orders get priority and if all the items are in stock, these orders will always ship the next business day.
Standard ground orders usually ship the next business day but may take up to 2 business days to ship.

We use plain brown boxes with no reference to the contents, it is discreet for your privacy. Only a return address and the shipping address is on the shipping label, there is no company name listed. The packing list is located inside the box with a list of the products that are in the order. Our shipping method is very discreet, not even the delivery person will know what is inside the box.
We ship with UPS or USPS.
These are the shipping options you may chose from:
USA - UPS or USPS Ground shipping will take 3-7 business days;
USA - UPS 3-Day Shipping will take 3-4 business days;
USA - UPS Overnight shipping will take 1-2 business days.
Military addresses - USPS ground will take 5-8 business days.
We strongly suggest a physical address (not a P.O. box number) for orders of higher value so that the package can be signed for upon delivery.
If your order is being sent by UPS, you will receive an email with a tracking number once your package has left the warehouse. With this, you will be able to view the progress of your package by entering the tracking number at ups.com.
After a few days, if you have not received a tracking number, please email our customer service center and we will promptly reply with your tracking number.

Undeliverable Packages
Please verify that your billing and shipping information entered is correct. Incorrect billing and/or shipping information will delay the processing of your order. An undeliverable package is a package that was returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address information. In the event that this occurs, we refund the subtotal back to your card. We cannot refund the shipping charge as it is simply a fee that we pass along to our customers. We cannot re-ship the order, you must place the order again. Backordered Items
Occasionally, an item will be backordered from the manufacturer.
Our procedures for backorders are as follows:
- Standard procedure is that we will ship out the order without the backordered item (you will notice it says "b/o" on the invoice that arrives inside the box), and then once the item arrives in stock, we will ship it out at no extra cost to you. Items usually arrive in stock within 1-2 weeks.
- Sometimes we may hold the whole order and wait until the backordered product arrives, or request a substitution be made. If this is the case, you will be notified by email.
- If we have shipped out your order without the backordered product and it becomes temporarily unavailable, you will be refunded the amount of the item and the shipping difference (if applicable) back to your credit card and we will notify you by email when you have been refunded. Return Policy
We at Nightstandcandy.com want to protect the health of our customers and for sanitary reasons, we do not allow exchanges or refunds. Due to the nature of our products, heath regulations prohibit the return of personal items and our company policy follows this law.
This policy is to give peace of mind to our customers knowing that they will never be sold a previously returned, used or unwanted product. We thank you for your understanding of this policy. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.
If an item is returned to us, we throw it in the garbage, we never sell a returned item regardless of if it was used or not becuase we do not want to risk re-selling any pre-used items. This is why we cannot offer a refund even if an item is returned.
In the case of a manufacturers defect, we will gladly honor the manufacturer's warranty by replacing any unused defective product with the same product.
In the event of a defect please email here and include your name, the name of the product, the order number and a brief explanation of what is wrong. Please note, you must email us within 4 days of receiving the product. We will respond with the return address and further instructions.
